KEEP INFORMED.  The leadership team of the River wants to keep you informed of any and all progress in the search for a new lead pastor.  The leadership team, and the "soon-to-be-formed" search committee, will send out a progress report on a regular basis.  To receive the progress report, please take a minute and sign up to receive the River's email newsletter.  Signing up is a simple procedure on the home page of the River's website, www.cometotheriver.com.   If you do not receive email, fill out a prayer card with your name and mailing address.  Please note on the card "Search Update" and place it in the "Prayer Request" basket or in either of the "Offering Boxes."  A hard copy of the progress report will be mailed to you.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED TO CLEAN THE CHURCH. See Jon Frick if you would be willing to clean the church once every eight weeks.  It will require about three hours of your time.  The task can be completed with one person but it is best to have a team.

"A PLACE TO PRAY" This area is set aside for those who desire to have a place away from others to pray.  It is available at all times during the worship gathering.  If you choose to use the area for prayer, please move quietly to the room designated as "A Place to Pray."

TEACHERS and TEACHING ASSISTANTS. There is an urgent need for teachers in FROG Creek.  We are experiencing a critical shortage of teachers and teaching assistants.  Unless several individuals are willing to serve as teachers and teaching assistants, the Christian Education Board may be forced to make some drastic, less-than-desirable changes. Please sign up to teach once a month.  See Jill or Jon Frick for more information.  Your help is needed.
